51 Thin Film Deposition at the Nanoscale: Mechanisms and Applications

This course will provide a broad overview of modern thin film deposition methods, their possibilities and limitations. Hands-on demonstrations and experiments in the Ångström Laboratories will help the participants to better understand the possibilities of each deposition method and stimulate informal discussions between participants and experts.
