Ph.D., Senior Researcher in tribology and surface
engineering at the Ångström Laboratory, Uppsala University,
Sweden.
He received his Ph.D. degree on mechanical properties of PVD
coatings from Uppsala University. Formerly Visiting Scientist at
the Department of Materials Science and Metallurgy, University of
Cambridge, UK, where his research was on tribology on coatings.
At present, his research is focused on low-friction coatings for
machine components.
He is the author and co-author of 15 scientific papers and 2 book
chapters on Tribology and Surface Engineering.
Dr. Wiklund has been a member of the CEI-Europe Faculty since
2002.
