collaborates with the Ångström Laboratories
to present this course on "Thin Film Deposition at the
Nanoscale".
The course gathers several experts in the field to give you a
broad overview of modern thin film deposition methods, their
possibilities and their limitations!
The Ångström Laboratory in Uppsala, Sweden, constitutes one of
Europe's most advanced laboratories for materials science,
including the largest university clean room in the Nordic
countries, Ångström Microstructure Laboratory (MSL).
