When you are interested in a course, please make an early preliminary course reservation. This way we can follow-up and inform you if the course tends to be fully booked. A preliminary registration is with no financial commitment from your side. Make your interest known to CEI-Europe as soon as possible! In case we do not reach the minimum number of participants required for a course, the entry will be closed about 4 weeks before course start.

Upon Firm registration and after the final GO-decision*, a detailed confirmation letter with travel information and an invoice will be sent to you. Early Registration Fee is applicable for Firm registrations/purchase orders received 8 weeks before course start. Please note that the formal purchase order number, if applicable, should be submitted at least 4 weeks before course start!

CEI-Europe requires a minimum number of firm registrations to run a course as planned. The final decision will be made about 4 weeks before course start.

Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation, the fee will be refunded, less a 15% administration charge, if cancellation is made in writing no later than 7 working days before course start. Full course fee will be charged after that date. Substitutions can be made any time before course start.
