What the Course Fee Includes
The course fee covers tuition, course material, morning- as well as afternoon refreshments, and lunches. Accommodation is not included in the course fee.

How to Pay
The original invoice will be sent by first class mail to you, or directly to the financial- or personnel department, all in accordance to instructions received in your firm registration. Detailed Payment information will be stated on the invoice. Electronic Bank Transfer payment is preferred and should be credited our bank account. However, Credit Cards and Cash payments are also accepted. Make sure that both your name and invoice number are stated on the payment. The course fee should be paid to CEI-Europe in advance.

Cancellation of Firm Booking
CEI-Europe will accept cancellations and refund 85% of the course fee (we require 15% handling charge per booking), provided that the cancellation is received 7 working days before course start. Full fee will be charged after this date. Replacements from your company are always accepted. In case of cancellation, please inform both the hotel and CEI-Europe.
