Course Registration Policy
Two Months Prior to Course Start: Early
Registration Fee
Early Registration Fee is available for FIRM registrations
received no later than 8 weeks before course start. Please
note that the formal purchase order number, if applicable, should
be submitted at least 4 weeks before course start! Payment should
not be made until later, that is after you have received our
invoice.
One Month Prior to Course Start:
Final GO-decision
CEI-Europe requires a minimum number of firm registrations to run a
course as planned. The final GO-decision will be made when the
required number has been obtained, however, no later than four
weeks prior to course start.
After Go-decision: Confirmation Letter &
Information will be Sent Out
When we have made the final GO decision, we will send a
complete confirmation letter with hotel booking form, details
regarding course start etc. Should you need any of this information
before your FIRM decision, please let us know.
Cancellation of Firm Booking
CEI-Europe will accept cancellations and refund 85% of the
course fee (we require 15% handling charge per booking), provided
that the cancellation is received 7 working days before course
start. Full fee will be charged after this date. Replacements from
your company are always accepted. In case of cancellation, please
inform both the hotel and CEI-Europe.

e-mail to cei@cei.se. Please
include a company Purchase Order number if your company requires
this as a reference on future communication from CEI-Europe.

Droit Individuel à la Formation
In France, every full-time employee has the right to 20h of
continuing education per year according to the "Droit Individuel à
la Formation" or "Individual Right to Continuing Education". The
company covers the course fees, the training is started on the
employee's initiative and the hours may be accumulated over a
period of 6 years (up to 120h). For further information, go
