POLICY FOR OPEN CLASSROOM COURSES

What the Course Fee Includes
The course fee covers tuition, course material, and a conference day package including lunches and refreshments. When you have completed the course you will receive a course diploma confirming your attendance.

Accommodation is not included in the course fee.

Cancellation of Firm Booking
In case of cancellation 30 days before course start, a cancellation fee equivalent to 75 % of the course fee will be charged. No-Show will be charged 100%.  All cancellations should be made in writing and must be confirmed by Continuing Education Institute-Europe to be valid.

Please note that replacements from your company are always accepted and can be made any time before course start without extra charge. In case of cancellation, please remember to inform the hotel as well, if you have made a hotel reservation.

University Students and Faculty Rates
2 for 1 - Two participants for one course fee - paid from University funds.

Two Months Prior to Course Start: Early Registration Fee Expires
Early Registration Fee is applicable for FIRM registrations submitted to Continuing Education Institute-Europe no later than 8 weeks before course start. Please note that the formal purchase order number, and all necessary invoice information from your company, must be submitted to Continuing Education Institute-Europe at least 4 weeks before course start for the early fee discount to be valid. If any necessary information is submitted later than 4 weeks before course start we reserve the right to charge the regular course fee for the course.

One Month Prior to Course Start: Final GO-decision
Continuing Education Institute-Europe requires a minimum number of firm registrations to run a course as planned. The final GO-decision will be made when the required number has been obtained, however, no later than 4 weeks prior to course start.

After Go-decision: Confirmation Letter and Information will be Sent
When we have made the final GO-decision, you will receive a confirmation letter with all details about the course, such as daily schedule, course location address, travel information etc. You will also receive a hotel booking form. Should you need any of this information before your FIRM decision, please let us know. Please do not book any non-refundable flight tickets or similar before you have received a formal GO-decision from Continuing Education Institute-Europe confirming that the course you have registered for will take place as planned.If the course is cancelled, no travel expenses will be reimbursed by Continuing Education Institute-Europe.

Payment by Credit Cards
For open class room courses, payment via credit cards can only be done 4 weeks prior to the course start date, i e after final GO decision. We accept Mastercard or VISA.

Payment by Invoice
Our payment terms are 30 days net. The original invoice will be sent by e-mail to you, or directly to the financial- or personnel department, all in accordance with the instructions sent to us by you or your company.
Detailed Payment information will be stated on the invoice. Electronic Bank Transfer payment is preferred and should be credited our bank account.
Make sure that both your name and invoice number are stated on the payment.

 

 

 

POLICY FOR E-LEARNING COURSES

What the e-Learning Course Fee Includes 
When you pay for an e-Learning  course, you will have access to all of the features and content you need to earn a e-Learning Course Certificate. If you complete the course successfully, you will receive an electronic Certificate. Note that the e-Learning Course Certificate does not represent official academic credit.

Refund Policy
Continuing Education Institute does not offer refunds for payments made on a subscription plan. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of the subscription period.

Payment by Credit Cards
Payment can be done with credit cards via Stripe.

Payment by Invoice
Should you need to make payment by invoice, kindly send us a direct email for further assistance. cei@cei.se

If you need additional time to complete the course
You just subscribe for an additional period.  

Code of Conduct
All students participating in an e-Learning course must agree to abide by the following code of conduct:

  • I will register for only one account.
  • Only myself is allowed to follow the e-Learning course.
  • My answers to quizzes, exams, and other assignments will be my own work.
  • I will not make solutions to quizzes, exams, and other assignments available to anyone. This includes both solutions written by me, as well as any solutions provided by the course staff or others.
  • I will not engage in any other activities that will dishonestly improve my results or dishonestly improve or hurt the results of others.
