Professor Michel Bousquet

Professor at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l'Aéronautique et de l'Espace (ISAE), where he is Vice Dean for tailored programmes in Aerospace Electronics and Communications.

ISAE, located in Toulouse (France), is one of the top-level and most renowned French Institutes of Higher Education (Grandes Ecoles) in aerospace engineering. Professor Bousquet co-chairs the Scientific Board of TeSA, a cooperative research lab on aerospace communications and navigation.

Since graduation from the University of Toulouse and post graduate degrees from both the University of Toulouse and ISAE (former SUPAERO), Professor Bousquet has over thirty years of teaching experience and research in the field of Satellite Communication, has authored many papers in that field, and is co-author of the book "Satellite Communications Systems" (Wiley, 1986, 2nd edition 1994, 3rd edition 1998, 5th edition 2010).

He is a member of the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Satellite Communications, and Wireless Personal Communications Journal and serves as member of Technical Committee, International Advisory Board, and session Chairman of several international conferences organized by IEEE and AIAA.

Professor Bousquet has been a member of the Continuing Education Institute-Europe faculty since 1986.
